Description Position at Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician - Trainee in Austin, TX Commercial KitchenParts & Service is seeking entry level technicians to participate in our industry leading training program. This role is focused on development and training with the expectation of obtaining skills sets in hot and cold side equipment repair such as - gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Cooking Equipment, using a variety of tools to troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call. Complete service calls in a timely manner. Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts. Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules. Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts. What we need from you: Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required. Must be at least 18 years of age. A High School diploma or the equivalent in experience. Valid driver'slicense and driving record that aligns with our safety standardsbecauseyou will be driving our cool vans!
