We are looking for a results-drivenPayroll Solutions Consultant to support a major ERP implementation initiative (Project Edison). This project-based role is responsible for enhancing the efficiency payroll operations through strategic process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR Technology, People Analytics, and the HR Service Center to align payroll operations with enterprise-wide transformation goals.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Drives continuous improvements to timekeeping and payroll processes, HR technology, and data management with the goal of providing elevated efficiency in timekeeping and payroll administration.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive greater organizational impact through analytics.

  • Consults with customers and stakeholders to design and prototype solutions that effectively leverage data and related tools to advance insights to timekeeping and payroll and/or expose risks.

  • Leads timekeeping and payroll projects and partners on enterprise solution upgrades including analysis, testing and implementation.

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain timekeeping and payroll related reporting and dashboards to diverse stakeholders.

  • Support HR data & reporting governance processes and ensure applicable governance standards are followed.

  • Provides mentoring and technical guidance and support to team.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.

  • 5-7 years of timekeeping, payroll, payroll tax and compliance, accounting, or technology-enablement experience.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Location: Primarily remote position for residents of WI, MN, and IA Occasional on-site work may be required based on business needs.
