Workiva is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key platform capabilities within our Admin Pillar-the core services that power user and organization management, compliance, security, and scalability across Workiva's multi-tenant SaaS platform. In this role, you'll take ownership of a critical product area that sits at the intersection of platform architecture, enterprise customer needs, and cross-solution enablement. From access controls and audit logging to admin experience and organizational policy enforcement, your work will help define how Workiva's platform scales with trust, flexibility, and ease of use. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, UX, security, compliance, customer-facing teams, and product leaders across the business to ensure we're building resilient, user-friendly capabilities that serve both our internal teams and our largest enterprise customers. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $151,000.00 - $242,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
