Seeking an experienced Senior Director of NAA (North American Applications) Sales Operations to lead a team of sales operations managers with a focus on forecasting, territory design, pipeline management rigor, sales execution excellence, and talent management. This role will report directly to the VP of NAA Sales Operations and support their aligned business in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the sales organization and will act as a trusted partner to operations & sales leadership. Serves as a liaison with other divisions (e.g. Finance, HR, Global Shared Services), and NAA regional process owners, in an effort to ensure efficient sales operational support. Oversees Oracle and NAA business practices within the sales organization and monitor processes for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures. Oversees key ad hoc projects and day-to-day business cadences. Works closely with the VP of NAA Sales Operations and the SVP of Sales to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning sales operations with overall business objectives. This position requires exceptional financial acumen, communication, and analytical skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Work cross-functionally to segment accounts, design territories and set quotas
- Oversee weekly forecasting and pipeline management processes; assist management in assessing risk, upside and accuracy
- Drive to maximum field capacity and support the talent management lifecycle across recruiting, onboarding and performance management
- Orchestrate business reviews with key stakeholders and drive associated action plans
- Review KPIs with sales management and adapt execution as necessary to address risks
- Reinforce sales programs and enablement for the sales organization
- Drive continuous compliance & improvement in the execution of the sales process
- Enforce the field Rules of Engagement and compensation policies/procedures
- Be ready to develop and own new or special projects or programs critical to the business, and integrate into the operating cadence.
- Manage a team of sales operations managers to drive the ongoing cadence, rigor, and improvement of sales rep and management execution. Guide the team on overall NAA objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Partner with Finance, Enablement, Sales Coaches, and other teams for alignment on NAA objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in operations management for global enterprise software organizations, IT companies or consulting firms
- Minimum 5+ years managing teams
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize while meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate experience in process improvement and change management
- Expertise in CRM systems and BI/Analytics tools
- Advanced Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelors Degree in Management, Economics or Finance
- MBA a plus
