Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries. Position Summary Provide a qualified team leader to facilitate HAZOP and LOPA studies at the Shintech Plaquemine facility to support the following objectives: PHA Revalidation for selected portions of the VCM, PVC, and Ethylene Units. LOPA for Level 1 Risk Scenarios as approved by Shintech. MOC PHAs as requested by Shintech. Consulting on PSM issues as requested by Shintech. 8-hour workdays / 5 days per week Responsibilities Specific duties of the Facilitator that apply to the above scope include: 1) Provide consulting to assist with development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of PHA/LOPA policies, procedures, and tools. 2) Maintain Area Node lists that describe the scope and schedule for ongoing PHA Revalidation effort. 3) Maintain the MI Audit database and report monthly on status of action item resolution. 4) Assist Shintech personnel with any internal or external audits of the PHA element at Geismar. 5) Maintain templates for HAZOP, LOPA, and other studies. 6) For each PHA:
Assist with recommendation resolution as requested by Company personnel. Education Requirements Engineering Degree Pay Range USD $55.00 - USD $70.00 /Hr.
