Your Impact

OpenText is looking for a Principal Field Support Specialist to join our Best in Class team. The Principal Field Support Specialist position bring you in on the ground floor of our Sales Operations team, on of the most dynamic and visible points in a successful, rapidly growing company. You'll be taking and making OpenText customer calls, working with different departments and functional areas, and all with the goal of creating a positive experience for customers.

What the role offers

  • Responsible for exceptional customer service and care while providing implementation and archive import support to Zix|AppRiver|Webroot (Opentext) customers.
  • Collaborate with your team to analyze and develop solutions to highly complex migrations, implementations and technical issues.
  • Assist customers via telephone, email, and ticket queues so that client migrations, archive imports, implementations and technical issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Master considerable depth and breadth of core product knowledge.
  • Use complete understanding of Zix|AppRiver|Webroot (Opentext) products and services to provide a phenomenal migration, archive import, and implementation experience.
  • Contribute to knowledgebase/wiki and training documentation for the team.
  • Assist large customers with complex deployments, and ongoing projects.
