Production Associate

Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate on the 1st shift in Saint Rose, LA! Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move and organize pallets throughout the warehouse and storage racks
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for safety and accuracy
• Check products for damage, weight, count, and quality before loading/unloading
• Unload trucks and store products manually and with equipment
• Prepare pallets for shipping by shrink-wrapping and repackaging damaged goods
• Load ingredients into blending machines, assist with packaging, and palletize finished products
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment by cleaning spills and performing routine upkeep

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing, including forklift operation
• Strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to stand for long periods, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
