We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our team in Nicholasville, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in managing all aspects of contracts and negotiations for our marine, waterfront, and bridge construction projects. The Contracts Specialist position is responsible and accountable for implementing all aspects of the company's contracts and related documents from drafting and negotiation through monitoring, enforcement and compliance. The position serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and provides guidance and support throughout the contract life cycle. To fulfill these obligations, the Contracts Specialist must be able to prepare, review and negotiate contractual and other business documents of varying complexity. Related functions of the Contracts Specialist include working in conjunction with the Chief Risk Officer to identify and mitigate legal and operational risks and support the company's insurance programs. The annual salary range for positions in Kentucky is $59,000 - $81,000 based on education and relevant experience. |
