Description

  • Access and input data into computer systems
  • Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings, event sales, and brand visibility.
  • Manage and update content across digital platforms, including the hotel website, social media accounts, and third-party travel sites (e.g., Expedia, TripAdvisor).
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, e-newsletters, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Work with the sales team to support promotional campaigns, special offers, and packages.
  • Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, engage with followers, and respond to reviews.
  • Help plan and execute marketing events, hotel promotions, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics like website traffic, email engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to develop high-quality visual content.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the hotel's brand guidelines and standards. Track competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform any other job-related duties assigned
