Construction Project Manager

We're looking for a skilled, driven, and organized Construction Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish, helping families and businesses recover fast and with confidence.

About the Role:

As our Project Manager, you'll take the lead on residential and commercial restoration jobs caused by fire, water, or storm damage. You'll be the key contact between clients, crews, and insurance reps-making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing multiple projects across the Milwaukee and surrounding area.
• Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews.
• Creating and tracking budgets, timelines, and job progress.
• Communicating directly with property owners.
• Performing quality control and ensuring safety on every site
• Solving problems on the fly and keeping projects moving forward

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in construction or restoration project management
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Calm under pressure with strong decision-making ability
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred but not required:

• IICRC certifications or related training
• Experience in fire/water/mold mitigation work
• Spanish-speaking a plus!
