Associate Product Requirements Analyst

As a Product Requirement Analyst Associate, you'll help shape the future of our catalog solutions by gathering and analyzing customer and stakeholder needs, researching market trends, and supporting product development initiatives. What You Will Be Doing:

• Acquire and manage automotive catalog content, including ACES, PIES, and digital assets.

• Create and maintain process workflows for product features and production processes.

• Support competitive research and win-loss analysis to inform product strategy.

• Communicate with manufacturers, retail partners, and large account customers to support the production of catalogs.

• Collaborate with product managers on promotional programs, presentations, and white papers.

• Maintain internal product management repositories and assist with collateral updates.

• Learn customer business models to identify cross-selling opportunities for other Epicor products.

• Submit product change requests and pricing updates under the guidance of the product manager.

• Help maintain product data repositories, wikis, and release checklists.

What You Will Likely Bring:

• 1+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket and supply chain.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with ACES and PIES data standards used by automotive suppliers.
• Knowledge of digital catalog products, UML or process modeling tools, and wireframe diagram creation.
