Work Shift: DayPay Type: SalaryHourly Rate (if applicable): N/ATargeted Base Salary Range (if applicable): $61,200.00 - $79,400.00JOB OVERVIEW: Core responsibilities will focus on development and evaluation of business unit and monthly management reporting, analysis of global strategic sourcing performance, budgeting and planning, ad-hoc analysis to drive optimal financial decisions and, devising process improvements to Blue Diamond's management reporting. This role will provide support to the Senior Finance Manager as well as cross-functional Supply Chain business partners to facilitate smart investments, and develop innovative solutions that will improve business performance and increase grower return.This key finance position is tasked with advancing the role of the function within Blue Diamond; furthering the development of financial analytics and business insights that drive value; providing guidance and decision support to the business team and becoming an influential voice to one's cross functional business partners.
