Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to provide support to NAVSEA's Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Front Office. We are looking for qualified individuals to provide support to this important program office. Responsibilities: Develop architecture designs that integrates holistic data integration and technology needs organization for IWS. Troubleshooting for IT and system process improvement. Strategic planning for computerized and manual systems; information processing equipment; software applications used for acquisition, storage and retrieval; communication systems used for operations. Business case analysis for new or updated Information Technology application requests on technological infrastructure. Developing and maintaining tools, databases, and web sites for government management needs. Providing software development for on-going and future digital transformation (e.g., Application Programing Interfaces) Support to the management and administration of Microsoft SharePoint Online. Education and Experience Requirements: Fifteen (15) years of related professional work experience Superb customer relationship skills Strong organizational skills Excellent analytical, written, oral communication skills Ability to interface with Senior Leadership Possess problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Must be competent with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required) Possess the ability to research a variety of topics and summarize findings Active Secret Clearance Education and Experience (Preferred): Knowledge of NAVSEA / Navy organization, stakeholders, and policies Experience with Navy Operation Flank Speed Experience with NAVSEA via SEA03 Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework or TOGAF Experience supporting the US Navy or active-duty Navy experience is strongly preferred Compliant with Navy Cyber Security Workforce Requirements for Advanced Experience.
