Summary: Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Military Police Career Management Field Subject Matter Expert (CMF SME). This person will develop, evaluate, and modernize training programs for the U.S. Army Military Police CMF under the CMFTS contract. This role ensures that training content reflects current doctrine, operational requirements, and career development strategies. The SME collaborates with Army training commands, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, mission-aligned training solutions.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze Army MP training requirements, doctrine, and operational needs to inform curriculum development and updates.
- Maintain current knowledge of MP operations, law enforcement procedures, and Army career progression pathways.

- Shall review all Government-provided Training Requirements Analysis System (TRAS) documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining cognizance of conditions unique to the ARNG training environment
- Each CMF SME shall analyze existing CMF POIs to identify missing, revised and stricken tasks and report findings.
- Shall travel to perform on-site Quality Control Site Visits at the locations depicted in TE 6 to assess each institution's compliance with Army Quality Assurance (QA) Program Policy and Accreditation Implementing Guidance, specifically following the rubrics provided in the most recently published Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards (AEAS), in accordance with AR 350-1 and AEAS standards.
- Shall document the QCSV in a Quality Control Site Visit Report (QCSVR). QCSVRs shall be submitted to the COR-RA and COR-HRS via email and uploaded to the HR Solutions Portal within 5 days of completion of a QCSV.
- Shall utilize ATRRS to generate reports and make recommendations regarding all aspects of the Training Management Lifecycle (TMLC) as depicted in Attachment K; Training Management Lifecycle Diagram for the CMF TASS units.
- Shall review The Army Centralized Individual Training Solicitation (TACITS) annually (refer to Army Regulation 350-10) to ensure the CMF TASS units have equal ISR for like courses and the Annual and Resourced Capacities are set IAW ARNG-TRI policy.
- Shall attend the annual TCCW either on-site or virtually, as directed by the TRADOC Training Operations Management Activity (TOMA).
- Shall utilize the ATRRS Reports Generator Module to run an ARPRINT for their CMF TASS units annually to ensure all training requirements are scheduled and scheduled correctly.
- Review and make recommendations for training.
- Each CMFS shall present an informational brief to the annual ITW audience, either on-site or virtually, on the status of their CMF.
- Monitor the Over- Under Scheduled Report monthly and work directly with institutions in violation of TRADOC policy and TASS guidance.
- Provide, as needed, analysis for requests involving mobilization, transformation, and unit-reset related training solutions (short and long term)
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not obligatory) from an accredited US-based university.
- Minimum ten (10) years of military experience or a minimum of five (5) years of experience at a military schoolhouse as an instructor or course manager. The minimum qualifications requirements for the Aviation CMF SME are as follows: either a bachelor's degree from an accredited US- based university or an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and a minimum of three (3) years of experience at a military schoolhouse as an instructor or a course manager.
- Ability to travel.
- Must have a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any related professional certifications.
