We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer and Program Manager, based anywhere in the U.S., to join our Enablement team supporting our Renewals (CDR) team, reporting into the senior Enablement program manager. In this remote role, you will train and enable CDR teams while developing engaging outbound programs. This dual role is split with 60% dedicated to training and enablement and 40% to program development. You will also collaborate with field marketers, product specialists, sales managers, and the global renewals team to drive growth. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position is $101,600 - $151,470 plus corporate bonus potential.
