Construction Manager/Healthcare

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs from initial project identification through construction closeout.
• Works closely and coordinates with Department State Hospital senior management staff.
• May supervise office/field administrative staff, project/field engineers, and other assigned staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Construction Manager on public agency facility upgrade projects; healthcare a plus.
• Knowledge of design-phase management, building codes, agencies having jurisdiction, construction estimating, cost management, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, contracts, and construction delivery methods.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Proficiency with various document control systems.
• Assumes the lead in project meetings.
• Registration as an Architect, Professional Engineer, or other related field preferred.
• Certified Construction Manager preferred.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$145,000.00.
