Job Objective: The resident monitor's primary function is to support the health and safety of homeless families with children, residing in shelter, as they work towards permanent housing placement, stability and self-sufficiency. Essential Functions:

Supervisory Responsibility: None Physical Requirements: Include speaking, hearing and vision ability; manual dexterity; bending, squatting and walking; lifting, pulling and pushing of materials up to 25 pounds; standing up to 4 hours per day; sitting up to 4 hours per day.
