Are you ready to put your welding skills to work in a dynamic shop environment? We're looking for a dependable and motivated Shop Welding Technician to assist with welding, fabrication, and general trailer maintenance. If you enjoy working with your hands and want to grow your skills in a supportive team, this is the opportunity for you!

Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $14 - $16/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Perform MIG and/or stick welding on trailer components including frames, hitches, and ramps
  • Assist with trailer repairs, modifications, and custom builds
  • Use cutting torches, grinders, and hand/power tools to prep and finish welds
  • Follow blueprints or instructions for trailer fabrication
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Move materials and trailers (forklift experience a plus)
  • Support senior welders and adhere to all shop safety policies




What We're Looking For:



  • Basic MIG welding experience and ability to pass a weld test
  • Comfortable with hand and power tools
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and work in shop conditions
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Welding certification, trailer repair knowledge, or forklift experience is a plus
