Job Duties
40% Facility Rentals: (Harvey Hall, Towne Bank Tower, Williams Clark Club Level, ALL Athletic Fields/Gyms)
* Coordinate, schedule, and plan all internal and external events hosted on the ECU Athletics Campus
* Create pricing structure and contracts for each event based on event requirements and needs.
* Execute rental applications, contracts and invoices for all events.
* Coordinate all internal and external staffing needs for each event (event coordinator, ECU PD, Staff-1, etc.)
* Coordinate with vendors to ensure all event needs are met (Chair & Equipment, Catering, etc.)
* Work with groups renting the facility from the moment of inquiry until the end of the event. This includes planning, walkthroughs, budgeting, set-up, day of event coordination, clean-up, etc.
* Continuously evaluating, monitoring, and adjusting the facility rental process and policies to make sure the service quality is continuously improving, and ECU athletics is maximizing revenue and profit growth opportunities through facility rentals.
* Continuously seeking event opportunities for each facility to drive revenue generation through facility rentals when they are not in use by athletics.

15% Premium Seating Oversight:
*Oversee premium seating areas during home football games
*Create a weekly schedule and plan accordingly to prepare the premium seating areas to ensure they are in ready condition for home football games. This includes coordinating with Pirate Club Donors, Catering, and other departments to make sure all needs are met.
*Troubleshoot any issues that arise in these spaces during home football games

15% Scheduling:
* Assist with scheduling for ECU Athletics
* Provide the athletic department with detailed information about events
* Work with all departments to ensure preparedness for athletic events

10% One Card & Keys:
* Oversee all one card access within the athletic department.
* Grant/Deny access to staff members based on job needs and requirements.
* Adjust staff members access as duties and responsibilities within job change.
* Monitor one card schedule throughout week to make sure appropriate schedule is set.
* Update one card schedule as needed throughout facilities.
* Keep log of staff facility access.
* Work with the one card office to troubleshoot issues that occur with readers.
* Order and distribute keys to appropriate staff members as needed based on job duties and requirements.
* Collect keys from departing employees and re-distribute as needed.
* Document and log all keys distributed throughout the athletic department.
* Works with lock shop to problem solve any issues that arise or updates that need to be made.

10% Facility Upkeep & Maintenance:
* Monitor facilities to ensure they stay ready for use
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance of facilities through workorders as needed

10% Camps:
* Coordinate, schedule and approve all athletic camps
* Create appropriate camp processes and policies to ensure we are meeting all NCAA, YPCO, and University's needs and continuously monitoring these processes and policies to make sure any changes or updates that are necessary are made.
* Continuously monitor all camps taking place on the athletic campus to ensure they are following all guidelines and policies put into place.
*Continuously educating camp owners/coordinators on policies and procedures
* Work with camp owners/coordinators on camp scheduling, advertisement, and staffing
* Document all pre and post camp paperwork necessary (invoices, contracts, finances, etc.)
Minimum Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
License or Certification required by statute or regulation

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
Previous experience working in collegiate athletics operations is preferred.
