STV Incorporated, Buildings Division, has an opening in ourNYCoffice foran Architectural Project Manager (Detention Centers)to manage multi-discipline Architectural & Engineeringdesign projects! In this role, you will lead project teams to win and deliver innovative projects which make our communities better and connect people, places, and the present to the future. Our clients include private industry; federal, state, and local government; defense contractors; transportation authorities; higher education; and healthcare. Projects have varied degrees of complexity and a wide range of estimated construction costs and include industrial/manufacturing, aerospace, research/laboratory, federal facilities, corporate offices, transportation-related facilities, student housing and other higher education projects, and medical offices and hospitals. The selected candidate must have experience leading several multi-discipline project teams (including subconsultants) concurrently, working with specifications packages such as Masterspec, Spectext and/or SpecsIntact, and obtaining approvals and permits in compliance with local codes, ordinances, and land development, historical, and environmental regulations.
