Position Purpose |
Under the direction of the Executive Director for Co-Curricular Learning, this role develops and manages business processes and projects that enhance leadership development and Compass programming for
MBA students and manages planning, marketing, and delivery of co-curricular initiatives in collaboration with program leaders. |

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities |
1. Knowledge and interest in business gained through a liberal arts or business degree, relevant professional work experience, and personal experience.
2. Experience and skill managing student-facing programs for a higher education institution or directly comparable experience, as well as experience and skill in marketing communications, event planning, using professional marketing and design software, social media platforms, online event/communications platforms, and website management tools.
3. Excellent written and oral communications skills.
4. Experience measuring and analyzing data to track key activities and their impact. Proficient to strong data analytics and usage experience is required.
5. Able to professionally represent program with students, faculty, staff, visiting executives, and other Tuck, Dartmouth, and industry constituencies. Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of students, alumni, and faculty and staff colleagues.
6. Able to anticipate, plan, and prioritize work using sound judgment as well as to effectively communicate time and resource constraints to best optimize outcomes.
7. Able to collaborate effectively with Tuck and Dartmouth colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
8. Able to proactively identify and pursue relevant learning and professional development opportunities and apply new knowledge, insights, and skills to enhance results.
9. Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
10. Able to introduce and drive innovation in ways small and large. |

Project and Operations Management: Monitors program budgets, manages procurement of materials and vendor services in coordination with Tuck Finance, processes and tracks payments and expense reimbursements, and administers business systems, data analytics, records, and program event calendars. Collaborates with colleagues across departments at Tuck and beyond to conceptualize, organize, manage, and complete shared projects and initiatives. |

Program and Event Management and Delivery: Creates, edits, formats, and distributes printed and digital promotional materials and communications for programs and events, coordinating as needed with other Tuck departments; manages participant registration and surveys, oversees facilities, A/V, catering, travel, and other on-site logistical arrangements for campus events, workshops and speakers; provides on-site program support and management by greeting participants, checking spaces, and resolving participant issues. Works with directors to facilitate and support processes to match students and coaches. |
