SUMMARY Responsible for supporting the corporate HR Compensation team with processing, auditing, and coordination of various compensation programs, ensuring their proper handling, data integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process approved job and pay changes, and prepare draw change and employment status change notices.
- Conducts audits across various HR systems and partners with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure data integrity of all compensation programs.
- Responsible for HCM system and JD software data entry and maintenance in connection with creating and maintaining jobs and job attributes.
- Review data, prepare reports, and conduct various audits to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with PTO eligibility, job attributes, time-bound compensation agreements, minimum wage requirements, FLSA, and applicable regulations.
- Track and monitor requests and approvals for job descriptions, job / pay changes, draw changes, and performance and time-bound bonuses.
- Review inquiries sent to the HR Compensation email, acknowledge and/or route requests in a timely manner, respond to general inquiries, and assist with gathering information on compensation related changes.
- Provide one on one training for managers on compensation applications, support end users by handling general questions, researching issues, and troubleshooting or escalating as appropriate.
- Support the draw change process by coordinating approval and notifications with Legal, Producer Payable, the employee, and Payroll.
- Handle spot and performance bonus, and vetted mid-year bonus requests, approval, and submittal to Payroll in a timely manner.
- Update the HCM system with appropriate wage minimums for the U.S. and Canada by city, county, state, and province.
- Assist with various compensation projects including annual compensation, officer slate, and compensation management software maintenance, testing, and auditing of data throughout the cycle.
- Assist with preparing job family and career path information by Division/Operations Group.
- Document and maintain team procedures and compensation application user guides, ensuring documentation is updated as needed.
- Support the job description process to help the department maintain and update job descriptions as needed.
- Stay informed of compensation related compliance updates, such as state minimum wage increases, and FLSA exemption regulations;
- Develop, maintain and audit job titles, job codes, and other job related attributes in the HRIS;
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Prior work experience in a similar role SKILLS Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; with emphasis on Excel Skill in completing assignments timely, accurately and with attention to detail Ability to stay organized, prioritize assignments, and complete assignments in a timely manner Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and foster teamwork Ability to understand and follow instructions Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately Ability to remain flexible and exemplify resilience Ability to receive and implement feedback Possess self-awareness of how one's actions impact others #LI-DD1
