*Description*
* Prepare and review Settlement Statements for all conforming loan types including Fannie, Freddit, VA, and FHA. * Assure loans documents are prepared and completed according to regulatory and investor guidelines. * Uploads and delivers loans to the clients in a timely manner. * Works with both internal and external customers * Able to handle moderately complex issues with most complex issues referred to supervisor for resolution. * Primary focus is on execution wit defined parameters, with some expansion based on developing capabilities and/or experience, in partnership with more experienced staff * manage a pipeline of 20-30 loans *Skills* encompass, mortgage loan, attention-to-detail, data entry, communication, quick learner, documentation, compliance *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Minimum requirements - 2-4 years related experience in encompass and mortgage closing - High School Diploma or GED *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
