Location: Franklin, Wisconsin

Reports To: Director of Operations

We're looking for a results-driven Value Stream Manager to oversee our copper brass/aluminum heat exchanger production line. In this pivotal role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, champion safety and efficiency, and play a key part in shaping our operational success. • Supervise and manage the manufacturing process for the heat exchanger and copper/brass lines.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety.
• Maintain accuracy of routings and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, and customer service teams to meet production goals.
• Participate in daily production meetings, biweekly control room meetings, and weekly operations staff meetings.
• Prioritize and ensure adherence to production schedules.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations.

• Environment: Manufacturing floor with potential exposure to temperature extremes, dust, fumes, and noise.
• PPE: Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection required.
• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods, occasional lifting (25-50 lbs), manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
• Schedule: Primarily day shift with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
