Responsibilities of the Production Floater include providing guidance, assisting to employees on production duties, troubleshooting equipment, and backfill on production lines as needed to meet customer requirements. Assist the Production Lead to achieve daily production objectives while remaining focused on attaining safety and quality results by utilizing continuous improvement in every department process. Attend informational, training, safety, and compliance meetings as scheduled.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS: Employee must have the ability to lift/carry up to 70 pounds occasionally and push/pull drums weighing up to 400 lbs. occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or use hands, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, and/or walk and climb staircases frequently. Employees may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations. Ability to work flexible hours or weekends, as business needs dictate. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work performed in a warehouse environment and extreme heat (>80 degrees) during summer months. May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shift from one station to another, during the production process. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - safety eye glasses and safety steel-toe shoes are required. Safety concerns to include heavy products, light and heavy-duty machinery, forklifts, working in a congested and high activity warehouse. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $21.37 and $27.21 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
