The Payroll Analyst role involves managing payroll processes using Workday software and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include interfacing with HR and employees to address payroll matters, conducting payroll and benefit audits, and verifying timekeeping data. The position also supports quarterly and annual reporting, maintains payroll documentation, and assists with year-end adjustments, W-2s, and other related tasks.
