Welder Fabricator

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join a respected manufacturer specializing in structural components like columns, beams, and frames. Pay: $21/hr | Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Interpret and work from blueprints, welding symbols, and drawings
• Fabricate and weld steel structures including beams, columns, and frames
• Perform flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) with precision and consistency
• Use fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, torches, and measuring tools
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets required specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following OSHA standards

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a welding/fabrication shop environment
• Strong proficiency in Flux-Cored (FCAW) welding
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically active environment
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
