Position Title: Quality Coordinator
Wage: $18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm We are hiring a Quality Coordinator for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a temporary role for 6 months. Quality Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Conduct ISO compliance reviews, identifying deficiencies - Obtain and maintain regulatory certifications and standards (UL, CE, Atex, ISO, etc.) - Maintenance, coordination, and management of ISO documentation including Quality Manual and SPI's, management review processes - Coordinate and maintain Deviation processes and database utilizing standard work - Deviation process flow management - Facilitate internal audit process - Refine and enhance processes by applying CI, SW, and visual tools - Create and execute product conformance documentation - Coordinate, prioritize, and release ETO orders through the use of a database and visual controls - In conjunction with Supplier Quality Engineer, work with outside vendors to develop or improve manufacturing processes for purchased components Quality Coordinator Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Associate degree Preferred - 2-4 years of quality assurance experience preferably in a machining/assembly facility - Auditor expertise - Previous experience in SAP or other ERP type systems is preferred - Must have good mechanical aptitude of general machinery - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills - Work in a fast paced, creative, results-oriented atmosphere - Must lift up to 20 pounds frequently - Regular repetitive motions involving wrist movements and walking and standing QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
