Dean of Institutional Job Description
The Director, Well-Being Services is a mission-driven leader responsible for advancing the well-being of healthcare professionals within our academic health system. Reporting to the Chief Wellness Officer, this role plays a pivotal part in implementing and managing a comprehensive, system-wide well-being strategy that supports the mental, emotional, and professional health of faculty, learners, researchers, and healthcare workers across MU Health Care and the MU School of Medicine. Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. Seven (7) or more years of experience in psychology. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: 110,000 - 175,000 annually Application Materials
