Job Summary
The University Physicians Finance and Plan Administration department seeks applications for a Clinician Compensation and Recruitment Specialist within the Clinician Compensation and Recruitment team.
Perform diverse and complex financial analyses to support School of Medicine and University Physicians department faculty and clinicians regarding recruitment and compensation activities. Detailed and accurate analysis and reporting of routine and ongoing operations and projects.

Job Description
* Complete complex financial calculations using both financial and healthcare terminology. Manage more than 80 incentive plans annually for modification, addition, and approval.
* Work with leadership to develop calculations by using mediums like excel, power query, power pivot, and other various analytical platforms to ensure calculations are accurate and adhere to the practice plan collected rules and regulations.
* Work with department leadership to develop, review, and calculate all incentive plans. Ensure that the calculations accurately align with the approved plans and are paid according to the approved frequencies and pay schedule posted by the payroll team.
* Work cohesively with the University Physicians finance and human resources team to process payments accordingly.
* Compile and review all weekly submissions for Clinical Faculty and Staff recruitment. Work with direct leadership to develop the weekly recruitment agenda to be presented to all Senior Leaders across the School of Medicine, MU Healthcare, and University Physicians.
* Complete salary and productivity surveys as required for a variety of organizations.
* Conduct fair market reviews of clinical faculty and staff as requested.

This position is eligible for the University Physicians work from home program

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in healthcare administration or business administration or HFMA Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP).

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $52,915.20 - $96,054.40 annually
Grade: GGS - 010
