Location: Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment: Tal Mgmt/Human ResourcesShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: Under the direction of the Employee Relations Director, the People Resource Manager for Cook Children's will support the assigned area anticipating HR-related needs and communicate proactively with all employees. Responsible for providing consultation across a broad range of HR areas, including talent management, staffing, employee relations, workforce planning, diversity, succession management and employee development. The People Resource Manager maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units' financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition. Must be able to travel between multiple buildings and campuses.
