Baptist Health is looking for a Regional Philanthropy Officer - Kentuckiana to join our team in Louisville, KY

Regional Philanthropy Officer (RPO) is responsible for managing a portfolio of leadership and major gift donors to develop and implement a regional strategy, while identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors in their assigned region.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• Bachelor's degree with two years in philanthropy role either higher education or healthcare.

• 5+ years direct experience within healthcare or higher education setting.

• 3+ years in a frontline philanthropic role preferred
