Job Description: The Senior Support Engineer at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in Milwaukee, WI will analyze, design, develop, deploy, and support software and monitoring solutions. Work with technical requirements and platforms, including Front End, Back End, Cloud, .NET, Java, and Full stack. Develop and support applications tools that use complex technologies including PowerShell, JavaScript, MSBI and Cloud technologies including Azure and AWS. Utilize support applications and ETL tooling including MS SQL Server Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, PowerBI Workflows, and Informatica Data Integration. Write and troubleshoot complex SQL code, PowerBI, PowerShell scripting and database performance analyzing. Use a variety of continuous integration and deployment tools and concepts. Coach and mentor employees to deliver continuous improvement and provide guidance and leadership to team members as needed. Own and drive customer engagement workflow, including business, market and technical analysis and resolutions for escalated incidents, service requests, and problems. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Salary $108,568- $156,650 per year.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, business administration, or related field plus 2 years (or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years) of experience as a software engineer, IT analyst or related occupation. Experience must include 2 years with each of the following: (1) designing and implementing cloud data platform solutions and cloud data migration using Microsoft Azure and AWS; (2) managing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for user interface; (3) database management with Microsoft SQL; (4) development and implementation using Powershell scripts to monitor and automate systems; (5) Microsoft Business Analytics (MSBI); and (6) product and application management utilizing Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft PowerAutomate, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, ETL Processes, and CI/CD Processes.
