CLASSIFICATION SPECIFICATION Minimum Training and Experience Requirements for ERP Specialist 1. Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, information systems or closely related fields. 2. A Master's Degree in human resources management, business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, information systems or closely related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the work experience requirement. 3. Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in business/human resources administration at a leadership level or a closely related field, 2 years of which must include project management or business analysis responsibilities. This position is authorized as a Principal Financial Analyst or may be underfilled as a Senior Financial Analyst.
