Job Description:

Overview: The Learning Business Senior Associate will support the Tax Business Unit's (BU) learning activities. This individual plays a key role in executing the priority learning initiatives aligned with BU-wide and firm-wide strategy. The role requires strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Tax Learning Business Advisor to support execution of learning strategies and programming.
  • Supports strategic learning agenda for the assigned BU by aligning programs with BU-wide and firm-wide priorities.
  • Executes administrative and operational tasks including meeting preparation (pre-reads, agendas, notes, action items), project trackers, and vendor license upkeep.
  • Develops and executes communications plans for learning programs, including stakeholder updates, newsletter content, and learning program messaging.
  • Collaborates with BU stakeholders and learning teams to coordinate and support the execution of key learning initiatives, including intern programming, role-specific learning pathways, and upskilling efforts
  • Creates high-quality presentations and deliverables that meet professional services standards.
  • Develops and maintains SharePoint sites and pages for internal and externally facing resources, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with strategy and branding.
  • Utilizes firm-approved AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance processes, deliverables, and innovative initiatives.
  • Collaborates with curriculum development and instructional design teams to define material needs and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or in a professional services/business environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with ability to produce professional service standard presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 tools (especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with maintaining internal knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with AI in a business setting to enhance productivity.
  • Experience in professional services preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year.
