*Description*
Export Control required Monitors multi-level employee and visitor identification access by directing individuals to appropriate person and/or department, securing an escort as required. Provides telephone coverage by answering incoming calls. Provides administrative support as needed. Employee performs work under general supervision. * Greets and directs visitors, customers, suppliers, applicants guests, etc. to the appropriate person and/or destination * Monitors identification and access by verifying employee badges and administering visitor policy and procedure, as required and in accordance with the site Department of Homeland Security Site Security Plan. * Responsible to open and close lobby doors at the scheduled times. * Provides telephone coverage by answering incoming calls and contacting the appropriate person to escort visitors, as required. * Directs calls to appropriate person and/or department, as required. * Partners with departments and divisions by providing administrative support (such as filing, typing, word processing, mail sorting, copying, etc.). Sends and receives fax messages, as requested. * Coordinates site Healthy Living Program. * Responsible for quarterly publication of the 3M Megaphone. * Coordinates annual United Way activities. * No responsibility for leading or supervising others. * Performs other duties as assigned. *Skills* communication and analytical skills, customer service skills, customer service, data entry, Ms office suite, sap *Top Skills Details* communication and analytical skills,customer service skills,customer service,data entry,Ms office suite *Additional Skills & Qualifications* High School diploma or equivalent *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.31 - $16.31/hr.
