What We Need: We are looking for an experienced Manager, Digital Business Partner (Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics) to join our HNI team. This is a hybrid position that will work onsite from our offices in Muscatine, IA four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The Manager, Digital Business Partner is a partner to the business, responsible for enhancing our business capabilities by developing and deploying technology solutions that support key functions of our business operations. This role partners with a specific area of the business to understand its current processes, systems and tools used by the business, and then supports and enhances our IT capabilities in that area to increase productivity, reduce costs, and support our medium and long-term IT roadmap. The position will: 1) partner with business units working on Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution modules in Oracle EBS; 2) Partner with technical teams and business units working on third party applications which support manufacturing, logistics and distribution; 3) oversee a team of subject matter experts as they support ongoing business objectives through enhancements and routine projects within a small suite of visualization applications and technologies; 4) partner with the IT organization to support on the ongoing development, integration, enhancement and support of the Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution modules. This position will also build strong relationships with business units, as well as the IT and Corporate leadership teams to advocate for enhancements and support for the applications and technologies under its purview while adhering to our broader IT roadmap. What You Will Do: Act as a trusted technology leader providing guidance, consultation, and influence on business strategy related to technology solutions for Manufacturing, Distribution, and Transportation. Assist business leaders to shape their strategies regarding technology solution implementations and product adoptions into an aligned IT strategy. Supports and helps develop a technology roadmap which supports business needs, business requests, and IT delivery functions, ensuring successful adoption across functional areas. Manage progress against the roadmap by coordinating with cross-functional teams and partners. Analyze relevant information and present recommendations to senior leadership creating a shared vision of technology solutions that facilitate decision making. Be constantly aware of evolving solutions and technologies and their applicability to the business and IT portfolio. Oversee all aspects of people leadership; setting expectations, coaching, mentoring and developing to create an efficient and effective team. Collaborate with key IT members and leaders to support cross functional initiatives and explore IT efficiencies. What You Have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 6 years of progressive IT experience that includes proven success in a leadership capacity managing business relationships and gaining business/IT alignment Manufacturing, Distribution (WMS), or Transportation (TM) experience preferred. Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion implementation in a manufacturing environment Experience in other applications and solutions that support manufacturing, distribution and logistics. Working knowledge of: Oracle EBS and 3tec MES applications IT operational experience with solution delivery methodologies such as waterfall and agile. Ability to understand cross-team impacts and engage key business stakeholders in decision making. Ability to clearly and concisely express professional opinions with supporting rationale. Performs well under stress or copes with frequent and shifting deadlines. Ability to motivate others to work toward common organizational goals. Ability to effectively present information and training in one-on-one and group situations to leadership, customers, clients, and other members of the organization. Experience in C++, C#, Java or other object-oriented language required. Experience in agile development process such as SCRUM, KANBAN (preferred) Self-motivated, internally driven.
