Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst II configures Workday reports and dashboards, analyzes system data, and establishes reporting standards while supporting analytics strategy. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, conducting user acceptance testing, and serving as secondary Workday support while building cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday

- Translate business requirements into analytic products

- Extract, manipulate, and analyze system data to generate insights

- Update and distribute recurring analytic deliverables to stakeholders

- Establish and maintain Workday reporting standards and resources

- Support and guide the Workday reporting and analytics strategy

- Identify and implement solutions for enhancing data accuracy and user experience

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating problems when needed

- Conduct user acceptance testing for system updates and enhancements

- Serve as a secondary point of contact for Workday and related systems support

- Build cross-functional relationships to improve processes

- Lead training sessions and provide one-on-one guidance to stakeholders

- Stay informed about relevant technological developments and best practices

- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting

- Experience providing excellent internal customer service

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Capacity to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly

- Self-motivated with strong project ownership

- Experience building cross-functional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience developing complex Workday reports and dashboards

- 2+ years of experience using advanced Excel formulas and Pivot Tables

- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and best practices

- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or other data warehouse tools

- 2+ years of HRIS administration, implementation, or support experience
