About the Role: The Infrastructure Application and Database SME - Lead (Key Personnel) provides support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes related to infrastructure applications and databases. The SME serves as a technical expert on executive-level project teams, providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. The SME applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts to develop highly innovative and ingenious solutions for complex technical problems.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:



  • Serve as the subject matter expert for infrastructure applications and database management within the enterprise IT environment.
  • Administer and troubleshoot the following platforms and tools:

    • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial ERP
    • Oracle Database
    • Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)/Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
    • Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
    • Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
    • Hyperion
    • Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) software
    • Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK)
    • Oracle Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) tools
    • Cloning processes


  • Implement Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC), Active Data Guard, Golden Gate, and database performance tuning within the Oracle EBS environment.
  • Provide technical writing support to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered to the Government with timeliness and quality.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to executive-level project teams, supporting technical direction and interpretation of complex requirements.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.


Experience Requirements:



  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.



Other Required Skills & Abilities:



  • Experience managing design and operational technical teams that support enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms with over 300,000 users in production environments.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.



Security Clearance Requirements:

Top Secret Clearance

Other: Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at the time of proposal submission.

US Citizenship Requirements:

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
