Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Company: TRISTAR

Location: NSWC Crane

TRISTAR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Government customer at NSWC Crane. The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager in coordinating efforts across various projects and support Government Task Managers in their synchronization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support task managers with their individual planning efforts.

- Create MS Project files as Integrated Master Schedules for effective project tracking.

- Assist in the development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates.

- Prepare data to support Purchase Requests.

- Assist the Branch Manager with tracking status updates across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience within the past year using NEPS and Ops Center.

- Proficiency in building an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and utilizing TPS.

- Experience within the WX branch within the past 2 years.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • PMP is preferred
