We are currently seeking a friendly and dependable On-Call Banquet Set-Up team member to support our dynamic Banquets department. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to help create seamless, memorable experiences, we'd love to meet you!

  Set up banquet rooms for events, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment

  
  
• 
  

  Break down and clear banquet rooms post-event to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next event

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with banquet servers and managers to ensure timely, accurate setups

  
  
• 
  

  Follow event diagrams and instructions with attention to detail and efficiency

  
  
• 
  

  Provide courteous and professional service while working in event areas

  
  

• 
  

  Availability for AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays

  
  
• 
  

  Previous hotel banquet set-up or similar experience preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Previous serving or banquet service experience is a plus

  
  
• 
  

  A high school diploma or GED preferred

  
  
• 
  

  A valid CA Food Handler Card

  
  
• 
  

  Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity is welcomed
