Join our Ingredients plant in Le Sueur, MN as a Bagger.

How Agropur Invests in You:

  • Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, on a 2-2-3 Schedule.

    What this role is about:

    This position has a basic knowledge of the mixing process, assisting and taking direction from Mixers during certain production runs as needed.

    • Bag product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes; pushing/pulling product weighing up to 170 pounds.

    • Load bags or boxes to the dryer.

    • Weigh the product and adjust the product levels to match the exact weight.

    • Move pallets in and out of rooms using a pallet lift jack.

    • Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of duties and responsibilities during a full system CIP on both drying systems.

    • Dump bags/totes of dry material and paste into the blending process. Packages vary in size.

    • High School degree or equivalent preferred.

    • No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

    • Knowledge of HACCP and FDA preferred.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.

    What you need to be a Bagger:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

    • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Minimum one (1) year of food manufacturing experience required.

    • Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).

    • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
