Job Title: Licensed Customer Service Representative Location: San Antonio TX
Workplace Type: Hybrid (Mon-Wed onsite, Thu-Fri remote after training) Work Environment * Training: Remote, Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM CST * Operating hours: 7:00 AM-9:00 PM ET (8.5-hour shifts) * Highest staffing need: Start times between 9:00 AM-12:30 PM ET Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and licensed customer service professionals to join our growing team. This hybrid role supports our Customer Support division and is ideal for individuals passionate about helping small business owners with their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities * Deliver industry-leading service with prompt, one-call resolution. * Multitask across systems for documentation, call handling, and follow-ups. * Foster a team-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and company growth. * Handle inbound calls from existing clients regarding: * Policy updates and changes * Relationship growth opportunities * Cancellation retention * Autopay setup * Timely entry of inbound leads Required Qualifications * Associate's degree in any field (Bachelor's preferred) * Active Property & Casualty license * Minimum 2 years of call center experience Preferred Skills * Experience in insurance sales * Familiarity with: * Professional liability * Small business insurance * Workers' compensation * General liability * Business Owners Policy (BOP) * Commercial auto or umbrella policies Why work here? * Competitive hourly pay + incentive pay * Pathway to insurance licensing and leadership roles * Supportive, team-oriented, and laid-back culture-even remotely! * Extensive onboarding and training support * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact helping small business owners Why This Role is Open Due to rapid business growth, we are expanding our team of licensed service representatives to meet increased demand. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
