We're currently hiring a Clinical Data Associate to join our Federal Research Team! This is a great opportunity to grow your career in the thriving clinical research industry!

As a Clinical Data Associate, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career in Data Management within the thriving Clinical Research Industry! Data Management is the process of collecting, cleaning and managing subject (i.e., patient) data in compliance with regulatory standards. You'll learn Data Management processes and grow your expertise by supporting Data Management and Clinical Data Programming activities, which includes entry-level and intermediate tasks related to managing clinical data, EDC database and clinical report setup, and clinical data programming.

What you'll be doing:

  • Review protocols and apply protocol-specified guidelines to the structure, review, and cleaning of clinical data
  • Support study set-up, including EDC build (forms, edit checks, and study structure) and validation UAT testing
  • Contribute to all aspects of EDC validation UAT testing, including forms, edit checks, study structure, custom functions, and integrations
  • Program basic SAS manual data review and data reconciliation listings
  • Review data reconciliation listings to identify data discrepancies and any necessary queries or follow-up
  • With oversight from Lead Data Manager, issue and manage queries in the EDC database
  • Review data visualizations and/or data listings to identify discrepancies, track trends, and identify areas of concern or risk. With oversight support from the Lead Data Manager, bring any identified issues or risks to the attention of the cross-functional study team.
  • Work closely with lead Data Managers and other lead project team members to ensure project execution and sponsor satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics along with strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong interest in data and statistical analysis
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho's.

As required by pay transparency laws in some states, Rho provides the range of starting compensation (annual salary or hourly rate) it reasonably expects to pay for a given role. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to role responsibilities and location as well as candidate skill set and level of experience. The range of starting pay for this role is $55,000-65,000 per year.
