Position Description

As the New Product Launches Lead and strategic projects, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful introduction of new products into the market. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Channel and Customer Support teams to ensure launch readiness, create impactful go-to-market strategies, and deliver exceptional launch outcomes. Your work will be critical to the company's growth, reputation, brand growth and ability to innovate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution across internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and manage launch project plans, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Ensure readiness for the go-to-market (GTM) implementation in collaboration with Product Marketing, Global teams and Marketing NA teams.
  • Create risk management plans and proactively solve problems that arise during launch execution.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and branding for all new product introductions and strategic projects.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional launch playbooks and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and "launch owner" for all new product initiatives for NA Marketing Team.
  • Lead reporting on launch performance and recommend post-launch optimizations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation around launch processes.
  • Support customer presentations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product launches, project management, product marketing, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong program management skills with a proven track record of leading complex, high-visibility projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing detailed execution.
  • Experience with go-to-market planning, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience launching products in [specific industry: SaaS, healthcare, consumer goods, etc.]
  • Background in agile development environments or product management.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and commercialization strategies.
