Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment and work overtime as needed, Drug testing and background checks are required upon offer of employment. Primary Job Duties: Assist Inspectors in making decisions pertaining to quality Direct the flow of cloth through the department in a timely manner Submitting work orders Familiar with MO maintenance in Gtex/Qualitymaster Maintain regular and predictable attendance Comply with company processes and procedures Follow verbal and written instructions in both English and Spanish Stand, walk, lift, bed, stoop, and reach while handling material or products Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors Perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather) Ensure good housekeeping of all areas and company premises Mandatory Prerequisites: Must be bilingual (Can fluently read/write in English and Spanish) Previous textile inspection experience (2+ years) strongly preferred Must process competent reading/writing skills to read operating procedures, production records, and machine data sheets Able to walk/stand/bend for duration of shift Strong communication skills Must pass a Munsell 100 Hue test (scoring at least a 20) within 90 days of employment Able to push, pull, or lift 50+ pounds Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
