Thomson Reuters has a new opportunity for a Director of Global Accounts-Technology for the Corporates Global Accounts SubSegment. This role will lead and coordinate the technical strategy for selected accounts across multiple countries, ensuring the delivery of customer/client objectives. This role involves overseeing global technical and service performance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing a thorough understanding of customer technology infrastructure and strategy. Additionally, the Account Technology Director will act as an influencer with Product Management to represent the voice of the customer and lead efforts to provide product capabilities required by our customers. This position will also ensure we are providing white glove technology support to our customers. - Develop, own, and implement strategic technical account plans.
- Ensure the provision of the best implementation and support for our product and solution offerings in a profitable manner.
- Take ownership on delivering revenue, book of business, and sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain proactive and regular meetings with clients to review infrastructure requirements, systems capacity, and other technical needs. Ensure consistent and coordinated technical account management to the client, focusing on high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical Oversight:
- Develop and maintain technical account strategy with Account Managers.
- Provide pre-and-post-sales management for technical solutions.
- Keep clients updated on Thomson Reuters technologies and product roadmaps (coordinating with Product Management).
- Work with clients to envision custom solutions to meet customer needs, scope and manage the solution from design to final delivery.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and manage the technical aspects of the implementation process.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure they align with client objectives and existing infrastructure.
Service Quality:
- Regularly contact clients to review service quality, address service issues, and ensure satisfaction with technical services.
Liaison with Product Management:
- Act as a liaison with Product Management to represent the voice of the customer. Communicate customer feedback and requirements to Product Management to influence product development and enhancements.
White Glove Technology Support:
- Lead efforts to provide white glove technology support to our customers, ensuring a premium level of service and attention to detail.
Team Dynamics:
- Ensure the best implementation and support for our offerings. Foster a collaborative environment with the team to exceed key deliverables.
About You: You're a fit for the role if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in technical account management, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing teams and strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of building satisfied loyal and referenceable customers
- Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
- Strong operational and analytical abilities

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $135,800 - $252,200.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
