UC Riverside's Housing Services is recruiting for a Housing Operations Assistant. The full salary range for the Housing Operations Assistant is $28.44 - $40.76 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $31.18 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

The Housing Operations Assistant (HOA) leads a team of student support staff and maintains the daily business workflow at the Resident Services Office of housing residential communities: serves as a resource for residents, staff, conference guests and visitors by phone, electronically and in-person. May work in a residential community that's under a Public-Private Partnership working closely with a third party (non-UCR) management company or a community with a high presence of Riverside Community College students living with us and liaising with RCCD staff as part of our inter-segmental housing agreement. Provides information and accurate referrals to residents, staff, conference guests, external service providers, and other strategic partners regarding Housing Services policies and processes, as well as other campus services. Assists Housing Operations Managers (HOMs) in providing oversight for resident and guest services, residential resources, facility conditions, access management, and repair needs. Provides support for student staff recruitment, development and performance management. Assists with the implementation of resident recruitment and retention activities, general outreach programs, and move-in/move-out events. Functions as a critical liaison for all residential community service providers, conference guests, the general campus community, and outside vendors. Provides administrative support for the HOMs.
