Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and keep our client's workplace running smoothly. In this vital role, you'll manage communications, schedules, documentation, and logistics while interacting with clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Pay: $12 - $17/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, and handle correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, organize events, and manage calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and file reports, memos, and presentations
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Handle mail, travel arrangements, expense reports, and more
  • Support teams across departments with administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in records and documentation




Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
