The Digital Payments Specialist will ensure that all related policies, procedures, internal controls, and processes are adhered to for the transmission and posting of incoming/outgoing wires and processing of ACH Disputes. Will serve as back-up to International services. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

* Process incoming and outgoing wire transactions in compliance with bank's policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations including BSA, AML, and OFAC.

* Process ACH Originations in compliance with bank's policies, procedures including applicable laws and NACHA regulations.

* Set up PINs and perform wire callbacks.

* Assist with service message and recall request.

* Process ACH disputes.

* Review outgoing wires and ACH originations within the fraud monitoring tool Actimize.

* Perform daily reconcilement of the department's DDA Clearing Account.

* Reconcile daily both ACH and wires to ensure accuracy.

* Supports Cash Order/Shipment requests for both the ATMs and Branches.

* Process all ACH NOC.

* Review and assist in updating and maintaining policies and procedures.

* Assist in cross-training new and existing personnel on Funds Transfer processes.

* Assist with special assignments or coverage of other functions within department during peak times, staff absences, or vacations.

* Ensure that all relevant reporting, record keeping, and record retention are following the Bank's retention schedule.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Sound critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

* Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills.

* Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Intermediate computer proficiency.

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.

* Able to effectively express self, using language and grammar in a professional manner, and respond to common inquiries from internal and external customers.

* Able to plan, develop and organize professional schedule to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.

Industry and Work Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years banking experience preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years in a digital payment environment preferred.

* Knowledge of both Wire and or NACHA ACH regulations required.

Academic:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
